Usage is four one week blocks every 13 months. You book your 4 weeks over the year how you like. Four separate weeks or 2, 3 or 4 weeks together with our online booking calendar the choice is yours. Our calendar opens 12 months in advance allowing owners to easily book their stays and flights.

This option allows a dual key 2 bed, 2-bathroom apartment using San Martino and La Baroccia together or allow family and friends to all have their own accommodation over the 3 apartments the choice is yours. 

San Martino - One Bedroom Apartment on the first floor only 4 steps

One-bedroom open plan apartment for two people looking for a little more space and some extra luxuries.

A fully equipped modern kitchen sits with traditional farmhouse table and chairs in the lounge room with two lounges and ethanol fireplace. The balcony and modern bathroom look out over the surrounding Marche countryside; bedroom window is perched above the cobbled laneway below.
